Close to our clients to ensure their espresso is always the finest
 
We offer a number of services to our clients, but it is the everyday and special emergency assistance - to maintain their equipment in top-notch condition - which is what really tells when it comes down to safeguarding the quality of the espresso in the cup, at the end of the operation.

All of Trucillo's concessionaires and agents in the area are qualified and are provided with a service kit with which to carry out routine everyday repairs encountered in the coffee bar.
With this technical expertise, the grain-size and dosage obtained in the grinder as well as the temperature and pressure in the espresso machine can be carefully monitored on the spot.



Our special assistance however is carried out in our own Technical Assistance Centre at our premises. Here all types of servicing equipment is on hand for our specialized technicians to carry out whatever repairs are necessary on espresso and vending machines.

All the maintenance staff have attended specialized training courses with La Cimbali, a firm for which we are the area concessionaires. Their competence is recognized and appreciated by all our clients.

We produce and sell only quality coffee. But a perfect blend may occasionally be irretrievably spoilt by even a tiny malfunction - which could have been spotted and remedied at the extraction phase. A coffee bar is undoubtedly the best place for indulging in the daily coffee ritual. It is really the only place where an espresso can be prepared and served in the proper manner, using the best available tools to correctly transform a few beans into a wonderful drink. The proper conditions for the operation are:
A 7 g dose of grounds.
Water heated to between 88° and 92° C
Pressure at 9 bars
Time of percolation: 25 - 28 seconds
Quantity of yield: 25 - 28 ml.

The success of an espresso will inevitably be compromised if any one of these parameters is not respected. This therefore calls for constant checking of the equipment in order to obtain espresso with the taste, smell and appearance sought by consumers of caffè Trucillo.
