At the Trucillo Training Centre, we are putting our 50 years of experience of quality coffee at your disposal: our training scheme is real training ? and really dynamic and ambitious too.


We have created a proper centre of learning, capable of providing full specialized preparation for entering a new career. With our unique didactic methods, carried out by qualified teachers, students are launched on a marvellous journey into the world of coffee. They will also learn how to become skilled baristas or how premises can be remodelled and bars can be promoted, using management targets.
